(Develop) Search Bars

We've updated the Search bar Design (goat sarah)!
Let's implement it now!

We will want to abstract the use of the SearchFilter and then go forward with creating new SearchBars

• One for the Roles
• One for the Companies

Then, make sure the correct SearchBar is used on each corresponding page!

Conditions of Satisfaction:

• Styles match
• Components were abstracted
• Search bars interface with query params as the current Search bar does

Future Stuff:

• For now, the search bar on the home page can just be removed until we figure out how we want to technically redirect to the roles page.

• In the future we will also want to implement the fuzzy searching for the getCompanies and getRoles endpoints. As another ticket says ( Fix searching ONLY shows looked for reviews #98 ), we want to also make sure non-fully related roles are included.
