(Design) Standardize Header Design and Log-in / Log-out buttons

We have lot's of different headers across the entire Figma at the moment.

For this ticket, we want to standardize what the header should look like.

• Ultimately, we are working towards creating a basic design system for cooper by EOS

The header should include

• Cooper logo / name (up to you if you want both / just one)
• Tabs
  • Jobs
  • Companies
• Profile Section
  • This will be some sort of log-in button if the user is not logged in
  • If the user is logged in, we want to display some avatar / use their google account image
    • Clearly define how the user will flow through states / buttons to log in
    • Will it be just one click to log in / log out? Does logging out required tapping profile picture -> log out button?
    • All things to consider ◡̈ !

Conditions of Satisfaction:

• All of the above components of the header should be included
• Let's also design a mobile responsive version. It doesn't have to be super fancy, but I don't want to neglect mobile entirely.
