(Develop) Bug / Feature Request Link + Update Footer

We want users to be able to suggest features / point out bugs in cooper.

In the footer, let's add a link to do this. The link will go to a Google form that allows users to leave feedback.

Like we said, this link can go in the footer. For now, let's put it on the right side near "Logos provided by clearbit". Make sure it looks good on mobile 😈
