Create a user flow for onboarding

I think we're a little unclear on how the flow works for onboarding a new user. For this ticket, let's get a user flow made that explains each step a user takes, starting from when the enter the Cooper page.

Some things to consider:

• do we prompt people to log in if they are on cooper anonymously?
• do we take additional steps to collecting personal information
• is this a multi screen process? single screen?
