Add scroll arrows to the Trending section + polish

The clients have requested some indicator that you can scroll on the Trending section for a while. It’s probably best to add arrows that show you can scroll to the right or left to view more cards.

• Design the look and function of the arrows (i.e. should they scroll 1 card length when clicked, or just start scrolling when clicked, or scroll on hover, etc.)
• Add the arrows to the website
• The clients also asked for the cards to always be visible (i.e. they do not disappear into the margins.)
