Hey!
I'd like to start discussion about adding I18n support. I speak both Russian and English, and I'd like to post in my blog using any of the language or to write posts in both languages. May I ask you to add i18n support?

Currently, might not support i18n out of the box in AstroPaper. (#1, #57)
Maybe adding a section in docs for i18n would help?
What do you think?
