Is current version app_version=0.13.11 still valid?

I followed this document: http://www.scala-sbt.org/0.13/docs/Scripts.html, there is a command:

cs sbt/sbt --branch 0.13.11

which reports there is no such repo. I have to change it to 0.13 or 1.0.x

We started cleaning out these branches, so the instruction might be outdated.

@eed3si9n Should we continue to recommend/support conscript as an installation method?
