Proof of concept project proving that Spring MVC using FreeMarker
can incrementally send pieces of web pages as soon as they are ready.
This means that initially as we send static content whilst be wait for
dynamic content to be ready and then we send more content
before waiting for the next piece of dynamic content to be finished.
This is implemented by interleaving execution into the template, and optionally,
concurrency (Futures) can also be incorporated to reduce total page load time.
Note: in HTTP 1.1, streaming is via chunked transfer-encoding.
