[REQUEST] Display locales in the native language

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Displaying the languages in the menu in the chosen language would make it easier to find specific languages. It may currently be hard for e.g. a Chinese individual to find the Chinese language, because "Chinese" is written in English, not in Chinese.

Describe the solution you'd like
Display the languages in the menu in their native language. This will also make it much simpler to add new languages, because it will allow the registered locales to be in a single file. This means each language JSON file will not have to be updated every time a new language is added.
