This should be implemented as a check under Rule 18b, although we must be careful with the thresholds to avoid restricting freedom of taxonomic opinion or action.

This is currently being done through MiGA's TypeMat (with up to a 2-months delay), so now it's just a matter of importing the results from MiGA.
