Fall back to regular labeling if T shaped labels or flag labels are out of frame #5

Similar to #3, there can be cases where the label is not drawn/written if the coordinates are outside of the frame. In that case, the label should fallback to the regular label.

Hey, I am working on this too. And it seems to be working fine, I have done some tests on test images. Everything is in a test folder. Should I keep the folder for you to review?
I'll make the PR accordingly.
