"Adobe PDF Document - Access denied." Pop-up when previewing a PDF on IE11 #78

With the preview option enabled, the directive throws the following popup on selecting a pdf.

After clicking it away I can proceed with the upload of the file. This only happens with Internet Explorer 11 on Win 8.1/Win 7
