Filtering out quoted posts, already present in the feed

Hi. I am one of the heavy users of your app. At the moment i use large RegEx and a list of almost 11K contributors. It is the best feed IMHO ;), for the Climate Change Sciences. I hope that it is not producing too much work for your servers.
I wonder if there is a possibility to filter out quoted posts, that were already in the feed as original posts?
