Way to validate JSON before attempting upload

Currently, in order to avoid running out of disk space, JSON output is edited manually before attempting to upload by restricting each upload to one room at a time.

Also, the JSON sometimes fails due to weird characters in our description from signs.xml or the talk title is too long (Youtube limits to 100 characters for each title).
