Document how server deployment works now in the new server and transfer knoledge to new devs #965

This is all documented, but you have to have permissions to access the repository with documentation and also access servers. We should discuss who should have access to servers because access to servers also gives access to other data on those servers, some restricted by human subject research restrictions, so we cannot just give access easily.

If you have more people involved, maybe we should move deployment to a stand-alone server.

So, I think we can open the repository up to new developers. All sensitive data is encrypted anyway. So new developers can then do pull requests to add stuff if necessary.

But who can then deploy and decrypt sensitive data, that I would prefer to keep limited to current set of people (@yolile and me).
