[Mobile App Feature]: Add Demo Mode (Concept first)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Adding a demo mode within the app. Without login one can "play around" and use the current app functions:

• payment confirmations
• payment contesting
• change personal data
• surveys (can also be added to a later version if complicated)

To be discussed:

• how do we solve it with the survey (should we make impersonal survey, which can be loaded and saved in another collection, so it doesn't falsifies impact measurement?)
