Disable typing into to fields that require a dropdown #45

Some fields can be typed in despite the need to select a value through a dropdown. Fix it so the fields are disabled but still capable of being selected via dropdown.

This might be easier said than done, and/or not worth efffort.

Found a config option for this: "forceSelection: true"

Netzke doesn't seem to accept it in the component config, but I image it could still be set via JS
