Problems retrieving some settings

In some random moments, I get this error in the image, when I simply dd the configuration class, most of them come up normally, but some in particular, do not have a value, which I believe is the cause of the error.
As a temporary solution, I need to take the following steps:
Comment out the entire code block in the first image, clear the settings cache (php artisan settings:clear-cache), and finally, uncomment the code, and everything will work again.
But at some point in the future the problem reappears
