visualizer

one of the only other things i would want to add to naz would be a visualizer: a separate script (sort of like the one included with \/\/>) that shows the entire program, highlighting instructions as they are executed, and appending to the output in real time.
this could help with debugging larger programs, and it's what i originally intended for the delay flag to be used with.

i'm opening this because there are no other large interpreter changes left outstanding, but this will not be worked on for at least another month or two.

since opening this i've never quite been sure of the best way to make it happen, so it's become much lower priority over time.
closing, but will reopen if i ever decide to pick it back up again.
