Incorrect format for URI fragments that begin with a number

Hello! I would like to report a bug. Whenever my URI fragments (the part after the ontology URI usually containing the name of the resource) will only be formatted as "prefix:fragment" if the fragment begins with a letter, but some of my fragments begin with a number. Is there a way to fix this?? Thank you!
