[Browser] extend haptic feedback to the browser forward / back / refresh buttons

comment: the setting menu has haptic feedback. In the browser, it is absent.

Within the browser, the forward and back buttons don't respond immediately. Without any feedback (visual or haptic) it is hard to tell if
A) you tapped the button
B) if the page is loading

A) Would like haptic feedback on the forward/back/refresh buttons. And/or a visual cue (highlight the button when tapped etc)
B) a loading bar or have the refresh button spin
