The new("bse") command as called by donordata.to.individualuses by default the donordata::smocc_bs model to predict growth. For a preterm children, it seems more natural to use the donordata::lollypop.preterm_bs model.
In addition, the new("bse") function would need to express Z-score w.r.t. pre-term references. Currently, everything is relative to nl1997.
