Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have to manually change the default LLM model in the source code in order to change it. It could be done from the UI.

Describe the solution you'd like
A logic in the AI assistant in the dashboard to see all locally downloaded models, list all models, swap between them etc.
