this is set up now, based on >20% CPU util, which is fairly crude, but works.
Will have to adjust once async is done #42.

Unfortunately, it takes quite a while (a couple of minutes) for the new instances to go online and receive traffic.
As per docs, this should be <1min, I am guessing it's because several fat containers have to be downloaded again.

now done above >80% CPU, which is still somewhat crude, but much better with async.
Will have to see how this performs under load.
