there seems to be a lot of overlap between intro_h2020/, SKG2020_submission/ and openairegraph.Rmd (formerly README.Rmd).

I think we can at least factor out a bunch of things to make this faster and more easily reproducible.

Depending on what the intended audience / substantive goal is, we might also just merge (some) of them all together.
