MVP v5: Configuration

For showcasing the Configuration of the app it is necessary to implement a core behaviour of a initial state which the users will see as default when they load the app.

AC:

• There is an option to configure an array of panels
  • Each panel has to define a collection endpoint
  • The manifest index to load
  • The item index to load
  • The content type to load
• There is an option to disable dynamic collection behaviour
• There is an option keep the gobal tree always visible or not
