There is no setting to separately change the internal bridge infill speed (at least that I can find) and more importantly, when the speed is calculated it is calculated wrong, it seems to be a percentage based on the current bridge speed but it ends up speeding up to be faster than any other feature
here is my current speed config:
In this image, you can see that the bridge infill is going 217.5 mm/s !!! this is faster than any other feature.
however in this image with regular bridging, the speed is calculated correctly:
