If threads have 2+ participants and have had no activity for 24 hours, have Svelte Bot prompt to solve the thread with a convenient button to either 'solve' or "continue the conversation". SvelteBot would inherently bump the thread
After there's activity, start another 24-hour countdown to prompt the thread to mark it as solve if it hasn't been yet solved
