Support for TypeScript in REPL #1075

Describe the problem

SvelteKit now allows packaging TypeScript code. Therefore, packages that take advantage of this feature cannot be used in the REPL.

See orefalo/svelte-virtuallists#25 for an example.

Describe the proposed solution

Support TypeScript in the REPL.

P. S.: Apologies. I don't know where the REPL repository is. Feel free to move this to the right repo.
