The goto opts documentation is missing

Describe the bug

The documentation for goto (https://svelte.dev/docs/kit/$app-navigation#goto) does not contain the explanation of the opts parameters found in the code documentation (at https://github.com/sveltejs/kit/blob/main/packages/kit/src/runtime/client/client.js#L1721) making it difficult for us newbies to figure out how to use it...
