Twitch Emote support

Is it possible to add twitch emote addon support? From this one:

Currently all the emotes show up like this

I'll check if there is an easy fix but the twitch-emotes has listed in its details the following:
P.P.S. If you use WIM & want this AddOn to function, disable emoji in WIM.

The problem is they are using their own link format. |T instead of blizzards |H. So its formatting is overlapping with the emote filter im using in WIM. If its trivial for me to add |T support, i'll add it in.
