Ability to customize _links section of the index.json file

Hello,

I'd like use the command generate:flex-endpoint for my private collection of flex recipes, everything is working well, but it's not hosted on gitlab, and i can't customize _links section of the index.json file.

I can fork the projet and fix _links section for my use case, but i'd like to contribute to add the ability to customize this _links section.

Please tell me what you think about this?
