Problem with settings/admin/connected-accounts

Hi, using NC 29.04 with the current NC AIO 8, the settings/admin/connected-accounts URL is not available (access forbidden as regular admin and as user with admin rights). Everything else works fine but I need to have an option to assign a model according to my needs.

Highly appreciated if you could give me an advice how to fix..
