Format numbers for easier readability

Currently, count numbers are shown as

179044 | 21460075 | 21639119

It would be easier to parse / read like

179.044 | 21.460.075 | 21.639.119
(DE Format)

179,044 | 21,460,075 | 21,639,119
(EN Format)

Thanks! I completely agree. The numbers are really difficult to read at the moment.

An option could also be something like:

22 -> 22
928 -> 928
1928 -> 1.9k
179044 -> 179k
21460075 -> 21.4M
21639119 -> 21.6M

This is the formatting I used previously when drawing graphs for tag transitions between amenity-tags.

This should be straightforward to update. One just need to ensure that sorting still works (by pressing the name of the column).
