Let me try. It's a good exercise since I'm not deeply involved in the project so it's like an outer view.

Why does it exist?

TodoMVC project comprise frameworks where authors write in Javascript.
TasteLang has the same goal that TodoMVC project, with the difference that comprise web development frameworks where authors write in languages other than Javascript and this source is then cross-compiled to Javascript.

Who is it intended for?

Web developers looking for comparable usages of compile-to-JS frameworks.
