It'd be great if Carnix-generated expressions had a toggleable checkPhase that runs the project's tests.

I've no idea how complicated that is to implement, but it'd be very desirable for us because caching of dependent crates for test runs is quite hard and unpleasant in a normal CI setup - the way Carnix/buildRustCrate handles it is much nicer.
