[InputGroup]: improve interaction styles

Follow up to #228

Problem statement

As a customer experiencing InputGroup, I want more brand-aligned focus styles in order to experience the TELUS brand more consistently.

Recommendation

• Use rounded corners for borders on active and focus states
• Replace use of DecorativeIcon 'spyglass' with the new 'Search' InteractiveIcon
