Results page: Change default behavior of panels/boxes

The "Basic info" box should be big enough to host all of its content without scrolling, and should be expanded by default when a node is selected.

The other boxes should also avoid scrolling up to a certain length, so they should be made as big as their default content. Their current behavior is good: they should stay collapsed by default, until the user hovers over their title.

The "Panel danger" and "Panel warning" should only be displayed when needed, and should be hidden by default.
