Filters with ~100 options will always be hard to work with. Currently, there are already some tools available to deal with this issue making the work at least somehow smoother (e.g. expanding/collapsing the filters, custom labels editor allowing replacing long names with shorter ones, possibility to reduce the number of filters/options for the published application). Some more could be useful, e.g. search or customizable window size.
