Connection Issues with Glasses

For a study we are using the G3LSLConnector (build and run with Visual Studio). In previous trials this worked like a sharm but recently the Tobii glasses are not found when setting this up. In the glasses 3 application the device does show up and the computer that is running the code is connected to the Wifi network of the glasses. We also tried to use the readily available .exe files but these didn't find a connection either.

Did anyone encounter similar problems and do you have tips for solving the connection issues?
