The OSPO Career Path WG gather its first meeting in 2023 on January Tuesday 10t, to start working on OSPO training courses path for open source teams via: https://github.com/todogroup/ospo-career-path

Summary

The meeting started by reviewing the yearly Milestones defined by the end of 2022:

• Define Overall Structure for OSPO Career Path Repo
• Convert Outbound OSS Guide into Training Module

From there, the working group defined specific actions required to complete those milestones that were converted into issues:

• Review and complete the set of courses on README.md ospo-career-path#59
• Define personas for the OSPO Career Path (Audience) ospo-career-path#60
• Design survey to gather feedback ospo-career-path#62
• Distribute and promote the survey to gather feedback ospo-career-path#63

Convert Outbound OSS Guide into Training Module

• Design the modules for outbound OSS course ospo-career-path#61

The working group committed to working on the various issues assigned to each milestone during Q1 and Q2.

Action Items

• Add contributors (assignees) for each issue
• Start gathering input and ideas
• Review comments coming from contributors on each issue during the next meeting (Jan 24)
