I saw https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-relays/2017-August/012757.html though I'm not subscribed to that e-mail list and haven't been for quite some time. Thanks for making the port.

The obfs4 port makes reference to, and fetches code from github.com/yawning in several places (DESCR, Makefile). While the code does exist on github, and I do attempt to keep the repo up to date, it is not the canonical source.

The official repository is: https://gitweb.torproject.org/pluggable-transports/obfs4.git/
Signed tarballs are at: https://people.torproject.org/~yawning/releases/obfs4proxy/

(On an unrelated note, if there are changes that I should upstream, please let me know.)
