[show-all-data] Mass update Field Labels & Help Text

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Feature Request. Today it takes a ton of time to update existing custom field labels or Help Text. You either need to be pretty experienced with developing and using xml files or it takes a lot of time clicking through the UI.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to view all fields of an object and edit the labels & help text (maybe description) and save. Like editing records in a list view.
Or a way to import a csv of the updated data (Object, field api name, new label, new help text)

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried using xml files but it just took too long to get the format correct.

Additional context
I've seen this request from business users wanting to mass clean up objects from poor implementations

Hi @adam-stroupe-da,
I like the idea ! As usual, we would have to display warnings in prod env to let users know that this is not a good practice to do so it prod.
First I was thinking of a new page with all metadata whithout description but figure out that we may implement something very simple on the show all data page.
I'll take a look to check if this is complex or not:
