RD: Pending orders

How the first version should look like:

A table that shows the orders yet to be executed (open orders). These are (market) orders placed outside of trading hours.

It's possible to delete an open order by clicking a specific "icon".

The open order items consist of:

• Name of the stock
• Number of shares intended to be traded
• Current market price

What may come in later stages:

• As we (re-)introduce stop and limit orders these will be listed in the open orders section as well
• Further direct manipulation of orders within line items (e. g. adjusting stop/limit level)

The only thing missing here is the ability to cancel orders.
