Feature request: AEI view = 3-year running annual mean PM2.5

EU Directive 2008/50/EC introduced additional PM2.5 objectives targeting the exposure of the population to fine particles. The objectives are based on the average exposure indicator (AEI). This is determined as a 3-year running annual mean PM2.5 concentration averaged for urban background locations to best assess the PM2.5 exposure of the general population. source: https://ec.europa.eu/environment/air/quality/standards.htm

When you consider your sensor as "urban background location" it would be nice to see your 3 year running annual mean value.

For this the "Annual stats" could have some calendar year view. It can also be a new "Graph" menu entry.
