libtriton_fil.so missing on Arm64 containers 24.12 and 25.01

Description
The FIL backend is missing on Arm64 in the tritonserver containers 24.12-py3 and 25.01-py3 (exists in 24.11-py3, 24.10-py3 and 24.09-py3)

What version of Triton are you using?

Are you using the Triton container or did you build it yourself?

To Reproduce

docker run --rm -ti nvcr.io/nvidia/tritonserver:25.01-py3 find / -name "libtriton_fil.so"

On x86_64, and in 24.10-py3 this returns /opt/tritonserver/backends/fil/libtriton_fil.so
