this file is a new format created for the Amulet map editor. it is not supported in NBT Studio. please add support for structire files

Weird format, spec here: https://github.com/Amulet-Team/construction-specification/tree/master/specifications/version_0
I guess I'll do this before I do bedrock world reading, as practice
