errors during install and then wont boot

Nord N10 5g, followed all instructions, it gives an error when installing:
Error: fastboot:flash: Error: Flashing failed: {"error":{"code":1},"stderr":"FAILED (remote: 'Flashing is not allowed for critical Partitions\r')\rfastboot: error: Command failed"}

selecting ignore completes the install but then does not boot into OS and just stays on The Boot loader is unlocked screen
