Please clarify licensing terms. #2

I suggest adding a file named LICENSE or COPYING in the root of the repository containing the license terms you are making skyedit available under.

The github terms contains the following relevant section:

However, by setting your pages to be viewed publicly, you agree to allow others to view your Content. By setting your repositories to be viewed publicly, you agree to allow others to view and fork your repositories.

Any other permissions (like usage, modification, creating derivative works and redistribution) are not granted to users unless you explicitly do so.
