[NODRIVER] Chrome always grabs the focus after page refresh, how to avoid this

Chrome+Nodriver always grabs the keyboard focus after page refresh and brings chrome window to front, it's very annoying if you run another programs at the same time, you can't even type if your script refreshes page often.

(sounds weird, but it's like this behavior wasn't always there in the past. But I'm not sure)

How can I avoid this?

P.S. Please let me know if you have encountered this problem or everything is ok, even if you don't know the solution.
